This place describes our Terms and Conditions with using Wash N Go the Store.
- Unload all pockets non-laundry and items from clothes before commencing your washing / drying. Items like lighters and paper can ruin your cloths if left in the machine , this can also damage our machinery. Wash N Go will NOT be held responsible if this occurs.
- All complementary products we add to the washing is Non -Bio and sensitive.
- We encourage customers to separate there whites from colours when using the washing machines . This will prevent colour running when the cycle is on and Keeping your clothes safe. If not there is a chance of ruining your clothes. Wash N Go will NOT be held responsible if this occurs.
- Any injury or slip in the store must be reported immediately to management by seeking them or calling the emergency number on the store signs.
- Our dryers are extremely strong so be cautious when putting items in . We recommended to put clothes on low-medium and bigger items like duvets and towels on high heat. Wash N Go will NOT be held responsible for any shirking of items.

We at Wash N Go provide a service we call bag and drop. This entails the collection , washing , drying , folding and returning of a clients washing. Clients can also drop off there items in store.

We only accept Pre-payment for this service . Payment can be made by Cash , Card or Revolut.

We aspire to collect the laundry as quick as possible as soon as the order comes in. We also attempt to bring back all orders within 24 hours ( the weekend days might affect this ).

We expect all customers to separate their laundry within the bag. Place all white laundry in a bag and all colour / dark laundry in a separate bag, These 2 bags can be within the 100L sack. If not there is a chance of ruining your clothes. Wash N Go will NOT be held responsible if this occurs.

If you have any requests for certain ways to complete your service , can you advise us prior to the service begin. For example , having your cloths dried at lower temperatures , using only low temperatures when washing , runners within your washing , items that can not be washed and only dry cleaned ect. If we are not advised and damage occurs, Wash N Go will NOT be held responsible.
